Yesterday, Ambassador Bazzi joined Tunisian Minister of Defense Khaled Sehili and Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs Kelli Seybolt to mark the transfer of a military transport C-130H aircraft plane to the Tunisian Air Force, expanding Tunisia’s air transport capabilities and furthering the prosperity of the U.S. defense economic sector.
This transfer was made possible through the Excess Defense Articles (EDA) program, administered by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, which facilitates the transfer of excess U.S. defense equipment to allies, partner nations, and international organizations.
